A digital product: The SOG Files — Case File No. 01, delivered as two DRM-free PDF files (a Standard Edition and a Large Print Edition), including every future revision of this edition at no extra charge. Nothing physical is shipped. The files are for your personal, non-commercial use — read them on any device, print them on paper, hand a printed copy to the veteran in your life; please don’t post or redistribute the files publicly.
The price shown at checkout is charged once, in US dollars, and payment is processed by Stripe. Depending on where you live, tax may be added or included at checkout. Your card statement will show TRUE VIETNAM DOCS.
Delivery is immediate. After payment you are redirected to your personal download page, and that page’s link keeps working for re-downloads. If anything goes wrong with delivery, reply to your payment receipt or email us — a human reads every message and will get the files to you directly.
Seven days. If the book isn’t what the sales page said it is, reply to your receipt and tell us in one sentence what fell short. That sentence is the whole process, and the refund is yours. We have no interest in keeping money from a reader we disappointed — and we’re not running a free-book program either: the guarantee exists for disappointed readers, and refunds outside its spirit can be declined.
And one offer with no expiry: catch a factual claim in the book that fails its own cited source, and you get your money back plus your name in the corrections log of the next revision.
The SOG Files is digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, as EU and UK consumer law provides. In its place stands our voluntary 7-day Guarantee above — which in practice asks less of you than the statutory process would. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that mandatorily apply in your country.
