No cookies. No analytics. No trackers. No ad pixels. The fonts, images, and files are served from our own hosting, so your visit doesn’t ping Google or any other third party. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, technically processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse — the way any server must — and that’s the extent of it (legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website).
Payments run entirely on Stripe. Stripe collects your email address and payment details to process the charge, prevent fraud, and send your receipt, under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We never see or store your card number. What we can see in our Stripe dashboard is your email address and what you bought, which we use to deliver the files, honor the guarantee, and answer your messages (legal basis: performing our contract with you). We keep payment records as long as Dutch tax law requires bookkeeping to be kept — currently seven years.
Your personal download page works by checking your purchase reference against Stripe when you open it. Nothing about your visit is logged into any marketing system.
We don’t sell, rent, or share your data with anyone beyond the two processors named above. We don’t send marketing email — if that ever changes, it will be opt-in only, and this policy will say so first.
If you’re in the EU or UK, you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a portable copy — email us and it happens. Note that deletion can’t override the bookkeeping records tax law obliges us to keep. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
